Brown Toast (Jai Jalaram)


Toast is made from wheat flour. Every single grain of wheat flour is made of bran and germ. In a brown toast, the flour is not much processed. So the bran in the brown toast gives fiber and the germ produces protein and Vitamin E. It also has vitamin B, iron, manganese, phosphorous, magnesium, potassium, and zinc and that’s why the Brown Toast is healthier for our bodies.
