Organic Raisins (Nature-Land)


Raisin or Kishmish or Manuka is a dried grape. They are commonly used as a salad topping, in cereal, in cookies, muffins, and bread. Organic Raisin is a good source of iron and carbohydrates for energy. When grapes are dried to produce raisins, the nutrients become more concentrated, producing some of the raisins a snack rich in b vitamins, iron, and potassium.
