Delivery Schedule & Order Related FAQ'S


All Organic groceries & other products are delivered all over India. While, Fruits & Vegetables are delivered only in Pune, Maharashtra.

In order, to source fresh fruits and vegetables directly from Organic Certified Farms and grocery from certified organic vendors, we take 1-2 days to deliver your order.

Shipping Charges: 1) Free Shipping for Orders above Rs 399,

2) Rs 39 for Orders worth between Rs 201 - Rs 398

3) Rs 49 for orders below Rs 200.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an acknowledgement message from Orgpick. Additionally, you can also track your order by contacting our customer service at 7066378663

In order to serve fresh organics directly from farm we do not keep stock and hence sometimes due to unavailability of products we miss out serving those products. But those products are either provided to you in your next order or amount for that product(s) will be refunded to you.

Return,Refund & Replacement Policy


We don't have any return policy as our items are subjected to perishability. Although we provide replacement or refund of damaged or spoiled items.

In case of any spoiled/damaged or “Not-fit-for-consumption” items, or if you are not satisfied with the quality of the items supplied to you, we will replace the damaged or spoiled products. The replacement request should be made to our customer care team for perishable food like fruits, vegetables, etc. within 2 days and non-perishable goods like Groceries, Beverages, Ready to Eat, Bakery & Cookies, Snacks, HomeCare and Superfoods within 7 days of order received to you. In case, if replacement of the items can not be provided to you, that amount will be refunded to you and will be reflected in your Account Or wallet within 3 to 21 days. For replacement request & feedback please call us or email at customercare@orgpick.com

For perishable goods (fruits, vegetables, etc.) you can place a replacement request within 2 days and for non-perishable products like groceries, Beverages, Ready to Eat, Bakery & Cookies, Snacks, HomeCare and Super foods within 7 days from delivery.

We provide a refund of order cancellation, replacement or missing items within 21 working days from the date of Refund request initiated. For replacement they would need to share the pics of damaged products over a mail or with the customer care team.

You will be acknowledged for refund status through SMS and Emails. And for further assistance, you can contact our Customer care team.

You can cancel your order on the same day, by contacting our customer care team or by writing to us.

The crops that are grown and nurtured without any pesticides are organic vegetables. And inorganic crops are exposedto pesticides, thus leading to an array of diseases. Moreover, farmers who are into organic farming refrain from using synthetic hormones, antibiotics or other medications in their livestock. They also feed their animals with organic feed and give access in the outdoors.

Orgpick is associated with organic farmers who thoroughly believe in organic farming. Also, these farmers boast of authentic certificates of organic farms, thus selling their products directed under the brand ‘organic’.

There are many factors that result in the overall costing of organic products. Factors like absence of chemical means more labour, demand overpowers supply, crop rotation, handling cost post-harvest, cost that covers higher losses, organic certification, slow growth pace of organic food, etc., which make organic products expensive.

Factors like quality control, organic logo, organic certifications, etc., add to the authenticity of organic products. Furthermore, organic fruits and vegetables have more water content, are easily digestible, stools passed have same colour as your food, there is variations in shape, size and colour; and most importantly they aren’t attractive like the inorganic ones. The taste of organic products also tastes better and boast of more nutrients.

For that, do scrutinize the certifications, certified farming land, certified farmer, quality and primarily the taste.
