Orgpick is known to deliver organic products directly from farms to your doorstep but we do not take cancellations especially of vegetables and fruits once the order is placed. The reason being that our products come directly from the farmers, and the refunds primarily affect the well-being of the farmers. But if the product is undoubtedly defective then we make arrangements to replace it in your next order. Moreover, if the product is found defective again, then we surely process a refund. The refund amount gets credited in your bank account within 24 hours.
However, such incidents are a rare instance as perishable products come directly from the farm and the quality check is undertaken twice before dispatching the order!
For giving utmost benefits and convenience, Orgpick offers various payment modes.we accept payments through wallets like paytm, reeCharge, Mobikiwik, JioMoney, payZapp etc. Moreover, we also accept payments via Netbanking, UPI, credit card, debit card, etc. Also, if you do not receive delivery of products in the prescribed time mentioned then as a buyer you can claim for a refund of the transaction price. however, such refund process is time-bound, so if you fail to raise the claim of your refund using the website in the specified time the your refund will be unacceptable.
